For example, in the area of psychometric assessment for selection and development purposes our consultants, being independent of the major test publishers, can source and recommend specific assessments that are best suited to a client’s particular circumstances. We favour more bespoke approaches, typically senior level one on one assessments with in depth feedback and bespoke scenario-based assessment and development centres. Design, interpretation and feedback are conducted by ourselves, and we do not use computer based reporting. Rather our experts hand-write, in depth, insightful and relevant reports tailored to role requirements.
